Can you provide multiple exports from the same main video?
It depends, if it’s just revisions yes but if it’s a total different video it is considered to be another video deliver to you.
What video editing software do you use?
We use Premier Pro & After Effects as well as FCPX.
Can you provide the source project files?
Yes, we can give you project files, if needed.
This is not always a very smooth process as there are a lot of things we need to factor in, such as: plugins and templates used, LUTs, fonts and the compatibility between our machines and yours.
So, yes, we can send project files if needed, but it is more of a case by case thing.
Can you do revisions?
Yes but only if it’s within your specified instructions when given the project. Now if it’s a totally different revisions it is considered another video. But keep in mind we are very flexlible on case by case.
